The location was just across the river from the Guggenheim and maybe a 15 minute walk into town bars and eateries. Not too noisy either. Underground paid parking was available at a reasonable price but it was rather tight getting in and out of the parking spots. The staff were very friendly.

We received an enthusiastic greeting when we arrived from a very entertaining man on the front desk who was keen to share tips about his city on where to go and what to avoid. The room was comfortable and the hotel well located for the main sights of Bilbao which were within easy walking distance.

Though not much to look at, the hotel is in a great location - easy to drive to, then close to the river and within an easy walk to the Guggenheim. The staff at reception were extremely friendly and very helpful (with great language skills!), recommending restaurants and even suggesting ways for us to save money on parking fees. The breakfast selection was also great and regularly replenished.

Great breakfast and ideally located for exploring A Coruna. Staff were very helpful. Car parking service was excellent. Superb facilities including pool and gym.

We were made to feel very welcome on arrival. The reception process was smooth and efficient. The room was clean and tidy with a well appointed bathroom. Breakfast was plentiful and included cooked bacon and eggs. We had a small dog with us and we were absolutely delighted that the staff enabled us to eat our breakfast in a small area just outside the main restaurant. This meant that we didn't have to leave her in our room. Parking underground was very useful indeed. The hotel is in the centre of Bilbao and a such we were able to visit all the key tourist sites without having to rely on public transport or our car. It also meant that we were in easy reach of shopping and banking facilities.

The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and obliging, in particular Felix who went out of his way to help us navigate the local transport system and also taught us some useful Basque words and phrases. The breakfast was superlative in terms of variety, quality of produce and taste.

We were with a dog. We loved the atmosphere and the stuffs' work. The number was quite big and clean. The bed was comfortable as well. We parked a car near from the hotel at a parking. 30 minutes walking to the old Town.

Delighted this hotel accepts pets. Special commendation to Maria in reception she was very helpful. Parking is good but I got a space on level one. Breakfast is superb and room as grand. Good location but hotel is a bit hard to find - walking distance to Guggenheim and central Bilbao

The staff was incredible nice, providing a great description of the city, points of interest, tourist path, and places to eat/see. he room was comfortable. The location is very good, close to some main attractions, along the river.

The hotel is in a perfect location, just steps from the river and a 10 minute walk from the Guggenheim Museum. The staff is very kind and courteous. The room was clean and spacious. Excellent breakfast. I would recommend it.
